Reserving privilege to bore for oil, etc. for 10 years and if found, then the oil remains in Dickey.

Sheriff's Deed Poll in Book "B" of Acknowledgement of Sheriff's Deeds at page 286.  Judgement in Cameron County returned to Ridgway, Elk County against John K. Moore, Henry C. Moore, and Samuel M. Moore.
